About Our Client:

Our client is a leading investment holding company with diversified assets across real estate, manufacturing, and retail. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and performance analysis.
• Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
• Improve cost control and operational efficiency through continuous process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in finance business partnering or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and BI systems (SAP, Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
