Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations. 
• Supervise technicians and coordinate service schedules. 
• Conduct site inspections and ensure SLA compliance. 
• Recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 
• 5–7 years of experience in FM operations. 
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and HSE standards.
