Our client is a mid-sized multinational organization with offices in Abu Dhabi, seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and attendance systems.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR records and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of UAE labor regulations.
