About Our Client:

Our client is a leading EPC contractor with a strong presence in onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. They are looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project procurement strategies.
• Manage RFQs, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams for timely material delivery.
• Ensure supplier compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Maintain a global vendor database for future sourcing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 8–12 years of experience in procurement for EPC or oilfield projects.
• In-depth understanding of ADNOC and ARAMCO procurement procedures.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and SAP skills.
