About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established financial institution focused on delivering next-generation transaction banking products. The Product Owner role sits within the Global Transaction Banking division, supporting agile development of cash management solutions aligned with corporate banking needs.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine product functionality.
Own and manage product backlogs, write detailed user stories, and drive sprint planning.
Act as a domain expert in payments and cash management, ensuring alignment with user and market needs.
Conduct UAT testing and ensure system design and functionality meet business objectives.
Guide internal teams on product intent, customer value, and usability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, UX, technology, and sales to support product delivery.
Ensure process documentation, support product training, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to product readiness for commercialization and compliance with governance requirements.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in banking with strong focus on corporate cash management.
Proven ability to translate strategy into executable product requirements using Agile methodology.
Expertise in user journey mapping, functional documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong knowledge of UAT processes, functional testing, and product lifecycle management.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, customer experience, and business process transformation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
