Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives.
  • Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession programs.
  • Support compensation, performance management, and engagement projects.
  • Advise management on employee relations and HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management.
  • 6–9 years of HRBP experience in the banking industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
