About Our Client:

A multinational firm operating in logistics and trade seeks a Legal Advisor to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements. 
• Advise on corporate structuring, risk, and regulatory issues. 
• Support compliance audits and legal documentation. 
• Represent the company in external legal proceedings when required. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); UAE or UK qualification preferred. 
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial or corporate law. 
• Knowledge of UAE labor, commercial, and free zone regulations. 
• Strong drafting and advisory skills.
