About Our Client:

Our client is a leading IT company specializing in cybersecurity, committed to delivering top-tier services. They are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant with over 10 years in contract and NDA review, preferably within the IT industry, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Legal Consultant, you will, 

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and NDAs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.  
  • Provide legal advice and support on contract-related matters to various departments within the organization. 
  •  Assess and mitigate potential legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.  
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their objectives and provide practical legal solutions to achieve business goals.  
  • Ensure all contracts and NDAs are aligned with the company’s policies and industry best practices.  
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems.  
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on legal and compliance matters to employees.  
  • Liaise with external legal counsel as needed to support complex legal issues.  

Requirements:

As a Legal Consultant you should have,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. A Master’s degree in Law (LLM) or a related field is a plus. 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on contract and NDA review.  
  • Proven experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.  
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.  
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance.  
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential legal issues and risks.  
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and contract management software.
