About Our Client:
Our client, a prominent provider of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions and services headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Currently, they are seeking a dedicated project manager to drive the successful execution of their initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will,
- Lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Coordinate communication and alignment among stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Efficiently manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, scope definition, and conflict resolution through meetings and workshops.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, status, and performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
As a Project Manager you should have,
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, preferably in cybersecurity or related domains.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
