About Our Client:
A leading KSA hospitality brand known for exceptional dining experiences, seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Head Chef, you will,
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality & presentation.
- Develop and update menus, ensuring a balance of creativity and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with management for budgeting and cost control.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a top-tier dining experience.
Requirements:
As a Head Chef you should have,
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- At least 3-5 years in a senior role (Sous Chef or Head Chef).
- Experience in fine dining, hotels, or high-end restaurants preferred.
