Key Responsibilities:
As a SOUS CHEF, you will,
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and support menu development.

Requirements:
As a SOUS CHEF you should have,
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a environment.
- Strong knowledge of international and regional cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
